Payments for Online bookings will be taken at the time of the booking, all other are due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards, bank transfers and Cheques. We regret that we are unable to bill insurance companies.
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. We take pride in the fact that our clients never wait and are never rushed. Therefore as a courtesy to everyone, thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.
Performance Touch gift certificates are ideal for your friends and family. Gift Certificates are available for one hour and one & half hour sessions and they may be ordered conveniently by phone & then we can mail it to the address you give us or you can pick it up.
Performance Touch requires a health questionnaire for to be filled out for every client. Please print the form from the link and fill out before you come in for your appointment. This will allow you the maximum treatment time. Alternatively, I will have the forms in the clinic, which you will be required to fill in prior to the start of the treatment.
